ABOUT JEREL IFIL
What I do
When people ask me what I do, I usually say I’m a mentor.
That’s the simplest and most honest answer.
I mentor children and young people who face barriers to progress — whether that’s neurodiversity, autism, ADHD, PDA, trauma, instability, or a combination of things that make the world harder to navigate. Through the organisation I run with my business partner, the work is about breaking down barriers and helping people see their value clearly enough to move forward.
Alongside that, I’m a personal trainer and lifestyle coach, working with adults in the mornings and evenings. Most of my time, in one way or another, is spent helping people — practically, physically, emotionally — to make sense of where they are and what needs to change.
Everything else I do grows from that same place.
